扭动微动磨损的研究进展和现状

摘要:
扭动微动磨损是微动磨损的一种,文中介绍了国内外扭动微动磨损的研究进展及成果,综述了典型金属材料、高分子材料和天然软骨的扭动微动磨损的研究结果,包括扭动微动的摩擦运行行为、材料响应行为、界面的摩擦化学行为、损伤物理模型和演变规律等,对于不同种类材料在部分滑移区、混合区、滑移区的损伤规律进行了系统的总结,发现了扭动微动运行区域特性具有与其它模式的微动磨损不同的特点等一系列现象,并探讨了其今后的可能的发展方向和研究重点。

Abstract:
Research advances and progresses in the world on torsional fretting wear, which is one of the simple fretting wear modes, were introduced in this paper. The research results of torsional fretting wear were presented involving in friction running behavior, material response behavior, interface tribochemical behavior, damage physical mode and their evolution rulers for typical metal materials, polymer materials and nature cartilage. The damage evolutions and characters were systematically indicated of partial slip regime, mixed fretting regime and slip regime, and the special rule different from other fretting model was founded. Finally, the research development directions and emphasizes of torsional fretting wear were proposed.
