大颗粒陶瓷聚合物三维自组装表面轮廓特征的控制与减阻性能

摘要:
运用大尺寸自组装技术,以聚氨酯/环氧互穿网络(IPN)树脂液为组装液、大颗粒陶瓷聚合物为填充物及特种助剂制备一种与荷叶表面具有相似微结构的自组装涂层。通过改变聚合物颗粒的粒径和含量控制自组装涂层表面轮廓结构达到理想状态,在自制压差减阻试验平台上检验不同涂层表面的减阻效果,优化颗粒粒径和含量的选择以及最佳的轮廓表面。为大尺寸自组装技术在大面积减阻涂层中的应用提供可行性路线。

Abstract:
Using the macromolecules self–assembly, a kind of self–assembly coatings with miniature form surface similar to lotus leaf, were prepared based on polyurethane–epoxy(IPN) as binder and large ceramic polymer particles and special adjuvant as pigments. Changing the size and content of the ceramic polymer granules, the surface of coatings was made into ideal condition. In order to optimize the size and content of the ceramic polymer granules, the tests of anti–drag property of coatings with different surfaces were achieved in self–restraint differential pressure experiment table. A new viable way of preparing wide size anti–drag coatings with macromolecules self–assembly were presented.
