RE对热浸镀铝镀层组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘要:
研究了混合稀土(RE)对45钢热浸镀铝镀层微观组织和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,45钢热浸镀铝镀层由外层的Al层和内层的过渡层组成,过渡层与基体呈锯齿状冶金结合。当RE加入量不超过0.5 %时,随RE加入量增加Al层厚度逐渐减小,当RE加入量超过0.5 %后Al层厚度又增加。过渡层厚度则先增加(0.0 %~0.1 % RE)后逐渐降低。RE能细化热浸镀铝层中FeAl3相。动电位极化曲线测试及耐蚀性试验表明,RE加入量0.5 %的热浸镀试样耐蚀性效果最好,耐盐水腐蚀失重试验中其耐蚀性约为45钢基底的4倍,热浸镀纯铝的2倍。

Abstract:
The effects of rare earth on microstructure and corrosion resistance of hot?dip aluminum coating were studied. The results show that a two?layer coating is formed, consisted of an external Al layer with Al and FeAl3 as well as an interlayer with Fe2Al5 and FeAl3, interlayer and the substrate take the shape of jagged metallurgical bonding. The Al layer becomes thinner with increasing the rare earth content from 0.0 %~0.5 %, then it gets thicker when the RE content exceeds 0.5 %. But the thickness of interlayer begins obviously increased when the content of 0.1 % RE is added, then it gets thinner gradually when the content of RE is more than 0.1 %. It is also found that FeAl3 phase formed in hot?dip aluminum coating is refined by RE in this paper. Potentiodynamic polarization measurements and salt water (5 % NaCl) corrosion test reveal that hot?dip aluminum coating with 0.5 % RE possesses the best corrosion resistance, which is 4 times as much as that of 45 steel, 2 times as much as that of without RE respectively.
