碳纳米管-TiO2杂化材料对聚糠醇涂层摩擦学性能的影响

摘要:
通过溶胶-凝胶法和高温氧化分别制备出了TiO2杂化碳纳米管和金红石型纳米TiO2,并考察了这些纳米填料对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响.其中,高温处理的TiO2杂化纳米管和金红石型纳米TiO2对涂层的摩擦学性能有一定的增强效果,尤其是在高速摩擦条件下效果更为明显.

Abstract:
Carbon nanotubes–TiO2 hybrid and rutile–nanoTiO2 were prepared via sol–gel process and high temperature oxidation, respectively. The effect of the prepared nano–fillers on tribological behaviors of poly (furfuryl alcohol) composite coatings was investigated. As a result, the hyrid with high temperature treatment and rutile-nanoTiO2 showed obvious enhancement of tribological behaviors, especially at high sliding speed.
