研究了自动化高速电弧喷涂的系统组成。采用了双丝电弧喷涂方法,即喷涂时电源一端电极接1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢丝,另一极接A1丝,制备了1Crl8Ni9Ti—A1复合涂层;对形成的复合涂层进行了性能分析,与手工喷涂层进行对比分析表明,自动化电弧喷涂层比手工喷涂层均匀、致密、残余应力小。采用该技术再制造的斯太尔发动机缸体性能优异,满足了使用要求。 |

Abstract: |
The automatic high velocity arc spraying system was designed for remanufacturing the cylinder body of STYER engine. One electrode of 1CrlSNi9Ti and another electrode of A1 were used to prepare the composite coating. The microstructure of spraying composite coating was analyzed by SEM. The automatic spraying coating was more uniform, compact and the residual stress was smaller than that of the manual one. The performance of the remanufactured cylinder body was excellent. |
