| 介绍了作为再制造工程关键技术之一的电弧喷涂技术的研究现状及发展趋势，阐述了电弧喷涂关键设备中的电源和送丝机构的发展，指出推-拉式送丝系统是今后发展的重点。介绍了国内外对机械化喷涂装置和喷涂机器人系统研究与应用现状。对自动化电弧喷涂工艺中的机器人路径规划和机器人实时监控等主要工艺进行了介绍。展望了自动化电弧喷涂技术的发展趋势，主要包括提高自动化电弧喷涂技术的性能和质量及实现完全意义上的智能化的自动电弧喷涂技术。 |

| The situation and development of arc spraying technology as one of the key technologies of remanufacture engineering was introduced. The development of power and organization of delivering-silk, the key equipments of arc spraying, was elaborated. The delivering-silk system of push-pulls, the emphasis of development, was pointed out. The domestic and foreign status of research and application on mechanized spraying installment and the system of spraying robot was also introduced. The crafts of way planning and the real-time monitoring of robot were introduced. The develop trend of the technology of automatic arc spraying, including the enhancement of the performance and quality of automatic arc spraying and the realization of the technology of intellectualization and automatic arc spraying completely, was forecasted. |
