耐磨耐热堆焊焊条的制备研究

摘要:
选择Ni–Co–Cr–B–C为基本合金体系,经过机械球磨混合、挤压成形、真空烧结方法制备了耐磨耐热堆焊焊条,采用钨极氩弧焊在高温铸造合金基材上堆焊耐磨耐热堆焊层,对堆焊层的组成、结构进行了分析,XRD分析和热力学计算表明焊层组成为Co、Ni为主的面心立方合金、M23(C,B)6或M23C6,还有少量的C7M3和M3B2。洛氏硬度检测堆焊层的硬度平均值为49.5HRC,并且具有较好高温抗氧化性能。

Abstract:
The wear-resisting and heat-resisting deposit welding rod with Ni-Co-Cr-B-C as the basic alloy system was prepared by mechanical ball milling mixture, sintering after extrusion shaping method. The welding layer on the high temperature casting alloy was obtained using the way of argon tungsten-arc welding. The component and the structure of the welding layer were characterized. XRD and thermodynamics calculation results show that the welding layer contains fcc-alloy containing Co and Ni,M23(C,B)6 or M23C6 and a small amount of C7M3 and M3B2. The hardness average number of the welding layer with high temperature oxidation-resisting performance was HRC49.5.
