装甲装备发动机气缸套/活塞环摩擦副再制造技术研究

摘要:
在装甲装备发动机中,气缸套/活塞环摩擦副的工况非常恶劣,腐蚀磨损情况严重。论文首先对发动机气缸套/活塞环摩擦副进行了失效分析,然后对气缸套/活塞环摩擦副的再制造技术进行了系统调研研究,在此基础上,提出发动机气缸套/活塞环摩擦副再制造关键技术方案,并对发动机气缸套/活塞环摩擦副再制造进行了方案设计与试验探索。

Abstract:
The running condition of armored equipment engine’s cylinder liner/piston ring was very bad. And the corrosion wear was also very serious. Firstly, the failure analysis to the cylinder liner/piston ring was done. Then the technologies of remanufacturing the cylinder liner/piston ring were systematically studied and the possibility of applying advanced surface engineering to remanufacture the friction pairs. And the remanufacturing technology of the cylinder liner/piston ring was discussed. Finally, the experimental search about the remanufacturing technology of the cylinder liner/piston ring was made preliminary.
