电弧喷涂Fe基非晶硬质涂层的组织及性能研究

摘要:
利用电弧喷涂方法制备了两种铁基非晶涂层。对涂层的微观组织形貌进行了扫描电镜观察,发现FeCrMoMnBCSi涂层组织更致密;涂层主要由晶化相和非晶相共同组成,其中涂层中非晶相的相对含量可以通过对XRD衍射结果进行Pseudo-Voigt拟合计算而得;涂层的维氏显微硬度(HV)超过了1000,属于超硬涂层。涂层成分及组织结构的差异直接影响了涂层的力学性能。

Abstract:
Electric arc spraying technique was used to prepare the iron-based coatings.The microstructure and morphologies of the coatings were observed by the scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the FeCrMoMnBCSi coating was denser.It was composed of a mixed structure of amorphous and crystalline phases.The fraction of amorphous phase was calculated by fitting Pseudo-Voigt function to each diffraction peak of XRD analysis.The Vickers hardness(HV)of the superhard coating was above 1000.The mechanical properties of the coating were directly affected by its composition and structure.
