环氧富锌底漆漆膜脱漆剂的研制

摘要:
随着环氧富锌底漆的广泛应用,对脱漆技术的研究甚为迫切。文中介绍了自配的以复合溶剂为主溶剂,添加其它助剂的脱漆剂。该脱漆剂在25℃时25min内可使漆膜软化、脱落,经SEM测试表明对底材腐蚀性影响小;与现有脱漆剂相比脱漆效率提高了30%,节省用量20%。文中还探讨了脱漆温度、漆膜厚度、底材处理方式等工艺因素对脱漆效率的影响,优化了工艺参数。

Abstract:
A paint remover of Zinc rich epoxy primer, which is composed of complex solvents and other additives, is introduced. The paint was softened and removed at 25℃ in 25min, micrograph showed the paint remover has small influence on metal substrate, and the removing efficiency was improved by 30 percent as compared with that of the paint removers commonly used and the amount of remover was decreased by 20 percent. In addition, the effects of the removing temperature, coating thickness and pretreated methods of substrate on the removing efficiency were discussed.
