渣浆阀耐磨表面火焰喷焊工艺研究

摘要:
将氧-乙炔粉末喷焊技术用于渣浆阀耐磨表面的强化。研究了喷焊工艺对喷焊层质量的影响规律,提出了改善喷焊层质量的方法和措施。研究表明,采用火焰喷焊技术可使渣浆阀的使用寿命提高10倍以上,在阀门制造中应用前景广阔。

Abstract:
In this paper, the oxy-acetylene flame alloying powder spraying technology was used to strengthen the wear-proof surface of slurry valve. Through the research on the effect of spraying process on the quality of overlay, the method to improve the spraying quality was proposed. It is proved that spraying overlay may obviously prolong the life time of slurry valve, and may be widely used in the manufacturing of valves.
