化学镀Ni-P复合覆层设计与耐蚀性能研究

摘要:
针对海水介质对机件耐蚀性能要求较高的特点,对比试验了3种化学镀复合覆层方案,即:镀层 铬酸盐封闭、镀层 有机封孔剂处理和双镍层复合覆层。优化了双镍层中的高磷镀镍层与中磷镀镍层的厚度匹配。研究表明:3种复合覆层方案有效地降低了镀层孔隙率,提高了镀层耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:
Directing against the high requirement of corrosion resistance to seawater, three electroless composite plating layers were investigated in this paper. They are: plating layer + chromate sealing, plating layer + organic sealing and double Ni plating layer. The thickness ratio of high and medium phosphorus layers in double Ni plating layer was optimized. The results showed that all these plating layers can reduce effectively the porosity and improve corrosion resistance.
