粘附对分子沉积膜纳米摩擦特性的影响

利用原子力显微镜(AFM)分别对带正电荷的阳离子型2—巯基乙基-二甲基氯化铵化金表面(Au—SR^ )、单层磺化酞菁铜(CuTsPc)分子沉积膜(MD)硅表面和单层CuTsPcMD膜金表面进行了纳米摩擦试验,考察了粘附现象对具有纳米级厚度的MD膜摩擦特性的影响。结果表明,在纳米摩擦过程中粘附的存在,不仅会改变表面的性质,造成摩擦因数等摩擦学特性的变化,而且还会因增大法向力,致使摩擦力增加。并进一步证明卸载是验证摩擦过程中存在粘附力的另外一种方法。

Effect of Adhesion on Nano-frictional Properties of Molecular Deposition Films

Abstract:
In this paper, the nano-friction properties were studied by atomic force microscopy on cationic Au surface with N(CH3)2H+ layer. The same experiments were carried out also for mono-layer copper phthalocyaninetetrasulfonic acid, tetrasodium salt (CuTsPc), molecular deposition (MD) film on Silicon and Au substrates. It was found that adhesion shows a great effect on nano-friction properties of MD film. It can not only change the surface and nano-friction properties, but also make normal force increased, which may enhance the frictional force. At the same time, experiment results proved that the unloading experiment is another method to verify the adhesive force.
