This paper introduced the status of research on composite electro-deposition mechanism and its inspiration to the nano-composite electro-brush plating. The main models of composite electro-deposition, such as Guglielmi model, were reviewed. Their possible applications to the research on nano-composite electro-brush plating mechanism were discussed as well. |
