摘要:
介绍了复合电沉积机理及纳米复合电刷镀机理研究的概况,评述了Guglielmi等6种复合电沉积机理模型的主要内容和适用范围。在此基础上借鉴这些成果,对其在纳米复合电刷镀机理研究中的可能应用进行了探讨。

Abstract:
This paper introduced the status of research on composite electro-deposition mechanism and its inspiration to the nano-composite electro-brush plating. The main models of composite electro-deposition, such as Guglielmi model, were reviewed. Their possible applications to the research on nano-composite electro-brush plating mechanism were discussed as well.
