摘要:
介绍了堆焊、热喷涂、喷焊、自蔓延、表面热处理、表面清洗、粘接、涂饰等表面技术在火力电站设备上的应用。指出表面工程技术的应用使电站设备许多零部件的抗磨损、抗腐蚀寿命成倍提高。重点指出,对零件表面工况条件和失效形式的分析、表面技术设计以及严格的操作工艺是保证质量、取得预期效果的关键。

Abstract:
This paper described the applications of some surface engineering technologies, such as overlaying, thermal spraying, spray-welding, self-propagating, surface heat-treating, binding, decoration and so on for power station equipment. It was pointed out that surface technologies can improve the anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties of the power station equipment parts for several times over the original ones. It was emphasized that the key points to assure the coating quality and get expected purposes are analysis of service conditions and failure modes, design of surface engineering techniques and optimization of the processing parameters.
