神经网络预测摩擦表层转移元素分布规律的研究

摘要:
建立了磨损自补偿状态下45钢/黄铜摩擦昨合层铜和锌元素分布规律的BP神经网络模型。该网络较准确地预测摩擦副表层转移元素铜和锌沿表层深度分布的规律。为摩擦学设计的程序化计算与分析,提供了方便又有效的工具。

Abstract:
A BP neural network model used for predictins the distribution of element on the 1 045 steel/brass pairs was established. The network trained by L-M rule lessens was quicker and the error was less. The network could predict the distribution of transferred elements Cu and Zn along depth of the friction pair and provide calculation and analysis measures for the tribology design.
