钢表面光束熔敷镍基耐磨合金技术

摘要:
采用自行研制的光束加热设备和辅助工装,实现了在45^#钢表面熔敷镍基+WC耐磨合金涂层工艺过程。熔敷敷层的微观组织与硬度分析表明,涂层与基材产生了良好的冶金结合,熔敷层的宏观及显微硬度较基材均有提高,预示着光束熔敷的镍基合金涂层的有较好的耐磨性能。

Abstract:
The light beam cladding of Ni-based +WC wear-resistant alloys was accomplished with the equipment and auxiliary fixture developed by ourselves. The analysis on the microstructure and hardness of the cladding layer showed that a good metallurgical bonding with the substrate metal was obtained. The macrohardness and microhardness of this layer were increased effectively compared with that of the base metal. It was predicted that the light beam cladding layer of Ni-based alloys on the 1045 steel surface will possess superior wear-resistant properties.
