原子力显微镜下稀土元素对镍基刷镀层生长形貌影响的研究

摘要:
利用原子力显微镜对镍基Ni-P、Ni-Cu-P及Ni-Cu-P/MoS2刷镀层生长形貌进行了研究。通过对各镀层生长初期形貌和生长后期形貌观察及形貌参数对比。结果发现:刷镀液中稀土元素的存在可以增加金属沉积时形核数目、使核向各方向长大速度接近。

Abstract:
In this paper the atomic force microscopy has been used to study the influence of rare-earth elements in plating solutions on the surface growth topography of the brush-plating layers. Comparing the deposited layers with or without rare earths, it can be found that the rare earth elements can relfine and densify the microstructure of plating layers and improve the deep-plating and leveling ability of the solution in the micron range.
