| 摘要: |
| 本文对高速电弧喷涂铝涂层和普通电弧喷涂铝涂层进行了对比试验研究。结果表明：高速电弧喷涂粒子束更加集中，粒子的飞行速度显著提高，粒子的雾化效果明显改善。高速电弧喷滁铝涂层具有结合强度高、硬度高、孔隙率低、组织致密等特点。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper, Al is sprayed with the new high velocity arc spray gun and the generally used one. The properties and the microstructure of the coating are compared. Results show that concentrated spray plume and high particle velocity are acquired. The quality of atomized particle is improved. The Al coating sprayedwith the high velocity arc spray gun has high bonding strength, high hardness, low porosity and dense structure.This coating is of good quality. |
