激光制备金属/陶瓷复合层中的陶瓷相及作用机理

摘要:
对激光制备金属/陶瓷复合层的几种工艺方法进行了比较;并对几种功能涂层所用材料体系进行了综述。着重分析了耐磨金属/陶瓷复合层中的陶瓷相及作用机理。初步讨论了陶瓷颗粒在激光熔覆过程中的行为及对性能的影响。

Abstract:
This paper compared serveal technologies for preparing the metal/ceramic composite coatings by laser cladding and reviewed the materials system for these coatings. It concentrated on the analysis of ceramic phases in the wear-resistant metal/ceramic composite coatings and their wear mechanisms in different working regimes,including abrasive wear, sliding wear and fatigue wear,and discussed preliminarily also the behavior of ceramic particles in laser cladding process and its effect on the properties of coatings. Eighteen papers were reviewed.
