钢丝绳连续抽油杆表面防护材料的应用研究

摘要:
本文根据钢丝绳连续抽油杆使用环境和工况,经过研究认为,尼龙类塑料比较适合钢丝绳连续抽油杆的防腐耐磨和高、低温要求。对尼龙的的基本性质、腐蚀试验、力学性能和吸水性进行了理论和试验的对比分析,研制出4种钢丝绳连续抽油杆热挤塑包覆的材料配方并指出了今后材料改性的研究方向。本文研制山4个尼龙配方并在生产实践中初步应用,从使用情况看,所研究的材料配方基本上能满足钢丝绳连续抽油杆表面防护的要求。

Abstract:
According to the working conditions and cormsion environment, the plastic of Nylon kind is more suitable to meet the demands of corrosion and wear resistance as well as resistance to high and low temperature for steel continuos pumping rod, Through the theoretical and experimental analyses of Nylons' basic mechanical corrosive and water absorption propefties, four new materials used as coatings of continuous steel cable pumping rod have been devaloped. The research direction of steel cable continuos pumping rod's surface protection in the future was pointed out as well. The preliminary applications proved that they can tit the basic demands of oil fields.
