拉伸法的线法分析

摘要:
本文简述了测量结合强度的拉伸法,并采用半解析的数值方法——线法.对典型工况进行了数值分析.所得结果与近似解析解进行了比较.对于常用材料,二者基本一致。同时.指出了近似解析解的局限性,揭示了膜材料的泊松比对结果有较大影响。此外.文中首次导出了二维情况界面线作为离散线的线法基本方程。

Abstract:
In this paper, the tensile test to determine adhesion strength is reviewed briefly and simulated by the semi-analytic numerical method, i.e. method of lines(MOL) for the typical cases. The numerical results are compared with the approximate analytic solutions and are in good agreement with them for most materials. At the same time,the limitation of the approximate analytic solution is pointed out because the Poisson ratio of the film materials has strong effect on the results. Moreovef, the basic equations of MoL are first given as the interfacial line used as the discrete line in the plane problems.
