摘要: |
本文用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、电子探针和硬度试验,对激光渗碳层的组织性能及其影响因素进行了研究。结果指出,激光渗碳层剖面组织由针状的熔化区、“亮带”、热影响区组成,且取决于激光工艺参数及预涂石墨层厚度,熔化区为高碳区,具有明显的硬化效果。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper,the structure and propertics of laser carburizing layer were studied by optical microscopy, XRD, electron microprobe and hardness test. The results indicated that the microstructure depend on the laser parametor and the thickness of graphite layer. The profil structurc consist of molten zone, the light etching region and the martensitic HAZ, There are hardening effects in the molten zone. |
