铸铁喷熔代替热焊的材料及工艺研究

本文探讨采用镍基会金粉末以气体火焰喷熔法焊补铸铁件加工面缺陷的新工艺,进行了焊补材料、喷熔层结合强度、喷熔区加工性的研究。试验结果证明此种喷馆法代替铸铁热焊可行,且具有一定优越性。

Abstract:
Repair Weldng of cast iron parts is a saving project which has great difficu1ties in technology and better economic effect. A methord is studied in the paper which the defect of cast iron parts was repaired by the powder flame spraying welding. A series of spray materials was developed and effect of spray material types and processing parameters on the melting points of the materials. Boading strenth hardness of spray welded layer and bending fatigue behavor are investigated.
