Fe-Ni-MoS_2复合镀层摩擦磨损性能的研究

摘要:
本文对优化规范下镀取的Fe-Ni-MOS2复合镀层进行了组织分析和摩擦磨损性能的研究。结果表明:Fe-Ni合金镀层中弥散分布着6.41%重量的MoS2微粒后,其摩擦系数和磨损率明显下降,镀层的摩擦学性能得到改善。

Abstract:
The paper deels with the tisurc and the friction and wear performance of Fe-Ni-MoS2 composite coating under the optimun plating paraneters condition. It is found that friction coefficient and wear rat of Fe-Ni-MoS2 composite coating (content of dispersed MoS2 particles up to 6. 41wt%) is obviously decreased as compared with pure Fe-Ni alloy coating. The frietion and wear performance of the Fe-Ni-MoS2 composite coating are improved.
