腐蚀条件下新型胶体密封剂对典型飞机结构材料疲劳性能影响

摘要:
针对飞机结构密封防水问题,研制了一种新型胶体密封剂。采用加速模拟环境方法,考核验证了这种胶体密封防水新技术的腐蚀防护性及其对典型飞机结构材料疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明,与常规环境下原始疲劳寿命相比,随加速腐蚀周期增加,典型飞机结构材料疲劳寿命大幅度降低,而涂敷新型胶体密封剂后其疲劳寿命没有明显变化。新型胶体密封剂具有良好的密封防水、防腐功能,能够有效地抑制或减缓水分、腐蚀性介质的侵入,明显提高了典型飞机结构材料的抗环境腐蚀品质,适用于解决飞机结构密封防水问题。

Abstract:
According to the seeper problem in aircraft structures, a type of new colloidal sealant was prepared. The corrosion protection performance of the new colloidal seal waterproof technique and its effects on the fatigue property of typical aircraft structural material were assessed and validated using accelerated simulation environment test method. The results show that compared with the original one in routine environment, fatigue life of typical aircraft structural material is greatly decreased with the increase of accelerated corrosion cycles, while the one coated with new colloidal sealant didn’t change distinctly. With better seal waterproof and corrosion protection characteristics, new colloidal sealant can effectively hold back or retard the invasion of water and corrosive medium, which obviously improve the anticorrosion quality of typical aircraft structural material, especially suitable for solving seal waterproof problems in aircraft structures.
