金属材料的超声冲击残余应力研究

摘要:
采用X射线衍射法测定经过超声冲击的金属材料残余应力,通过对衍射峰半高宽沿层深的分布进行分析,得到在一定的超声冲击工艺下,残余压应力层的深度可以达到近2 mm,而冲击引起的晶粒碎化层深度亦可达到1 mm。分析认为,适度的残余应压应力和半高宽增大有利于提高金属材料的疲劳强度。

Abstract:
X–ray diffraction method was adopted to measure and analyze the residual stress of metal material treated by ultrasonic impacting, and analyze the distributing of half–width of diffraction peak along the layer thickness. The results indicated the depth of residual stress can reach about 2 mm under stated ultrasonic impacting treatment, and the depth of crystal grain’s broken layer can reach 1 mm. Increasing proper residual stress and half–width can inprove fatigue resistance of metal material.
