无损检测技术在再制造工程中的应用展望

摘要:
阐明了无损检测(NDT)技术在再制造(RM)工程体系中的作用,介绍了超声波检测、射线检测、涡流检测、磁粉检测以及渗透检测等五大常规NDT技术的原理与适用范围,以实例的形式给出了NDT技术在RM工程中的应用情况。对NDT技术的研究和发展情况进行了回顾,在此基础上对NDT技术在RM工程中的应用方向和前景进行了展望。

Abstract:
The function of non-destructive test (NDT) technology in the remanufacturing engineering (RM) system was described. The mechanism and the application range of the five frequently applied NDT techniques, such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, as well as penetrant flaw testing, were also introduced in the present paper. Typical applications of NDT techniques in the RM engineering were illustrated. A review of the development history of NDT technology was given and hence the direction and prospect of the NDT application in RM engineering were put forward.
