概述了近十年来分子沉积膜在摩擦学领域的研究进展,包括分子沉积膜的纳米摩擦性能、粘附特性、磨损性能和力学特性,以及采用分子动力学模拟对摩擦产生机制、粘滑现象的理论分析,肯定了分子沉积膜的减摩润滑性能,在此基础上提出了今后的主要研究方向。 |

An overview of the advances in studies on tribology of molecular deposition(MD)films was presented to summarize the advances in nanofrictional,adhesive,wear and mechanical behaviors,as well as the molecular dynamics simulation on nanotribological properties of the film in the past decade.Some key research topics to be investigated further were indicated. |
