碳纳米管的分散与表面化学修饰

摘要:
采用化学镀的方法,在碳纳米管(CNTs)的表面包覆了一层金属镍,形成了碳纳米管/镍—维纳米复合材料。研究了表面活性剂的不同加入方式对碳纳米管在镀镍过程中的分散效果的影响,结果表明在镀液中加入表面活性剂,碳管的分散镀覆效果最好。同时讨论了不同搅拌方式对碳纳米管表面镀镍的影响,认为间歇搅拌更加有利于镍在碳纳米管表面的沉积。

Abstract:
One-dimension nanoscale composite materials of CNTs/Ni were prepared by a simple and convenient electroless plating process. The dispersive effect caused by different ways of adding surface active agent was studied. The result showed that the best dispersed state of CNTs was achieved by adding the surface active agent into the plating bath. Moreover, the different methods of agitation were discussed as well. It was found that the intermittent agitation was more advantageous to depositing nickel on the CNTs.
