摘要: |
利用铁合金放热反应原理,研制出一种新型野外快速切割耗材。利用X射线衍射和扫描电镜测量了切割材料的化学成分,并计算出切割材料燃烧产生的热量及温度。结果表明,碳钢的切割速度为4.17mm/s,切割材料的主要成分为α-Fe,切割生成的产物为FeO,切割生成的热量可以保证切割的顺利进行。 |

Abstract: |
The mechanical equipment face a lot of difficulties of removing and installing in the field. Using the thermal reaction principle of iron alloy, a new cutting equipment was developed. It can satisfy the requirement of emergent repairing and quickly recovering performance. The main composition of the iron metal alloy is α?Fe, the calories and temperatures of combustion of cutting material were calculated. |
