气体流量对超音速火焰喷涂CoCrW涂层颗粒熔化程度的影响

摘要:
探讨了超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)过程中C3H8、O2和压缩空气流量对CoCrW涂层颗粒熔化程度的影响,结果表明:O2流量对涂层颗粒的熔化程度影响最大,其次是C3H8,压缩空气流量的影响最小:气体流量优化后超音速火焰喷涂CoCrW涂层的结合强度达到54Mpa以上,孔隙率低于2%。

Abstract:
This paper discussed the effects of flow rate of O2, C3H8 and compressed air on the degree of melting of particles of HVOF sprayed CoCrW coating. O2 flow rate showed the maximal effect on melting of particles, the second was C3H8 and the compressed air had minimal effect. The bonding strength of HVOF sprayed CoCrW coating was over 54 MPa. The porosity ratio of HVOF sprayed CoCrW coating using the optimized gas flow rate was less than 2 %.
