研究了离子注入剂量和剂量率对工程塑料表面纳米硬度提高效果的影响,分别将不同剂量的C离子注入尼龙6和PET以及Al离子注入PPO,并将不同剂量率的Al离子注入PET。纳米硬度测量显示:随着注入剂量和剂量率的增加,尼龙6、PET、PPO的纳米硬度升高;未注入以及低剂量和剂量率注入塑料的载荷?位移曲线呈现弹塑性变形特征,而高剂量和剂量率注入的呈现出弹性变形特征。 |

The Effect of Ion Implantation Fluence on Surface Nano-hardness Improvement of Engineering Plastics |

Abstract: |
In order to study the effect of ion implantation fluence and fluence rate on surface nano-hardness improvement of engineering plastics, the samples of Nylon6, PET and PPO were implanted separately with the ions of C and Al to different fluences of 2×1015 ions cm-2, 1×1016 ions cm-2, or 5×1016 ions cm-2, and the samples of PET were implanted with the ions of Al to different fluence rate at the dose of 1×1016 ions cm-2. Nano-hardness tests showed that surface hardness of engineering plastics increased with the raise of ion implantation fluence and fluence rate. The load-displacement curves for the cases of high implantation fluence and fluence rate displayed the characteristics of elastic deformation, while those for the cases of pristine and low implantation fluence and fluence rate displayed the characteristics of elastic-plastic deformation. |
