含纳米LaF3的固体润滑涂层摩擦学及抗腐蚀性能研究

摘要:
研究了纳米LaF3微粒对粘结固体润滑涂层耐磨性及耐腐蚀性能的影响,重点考察了纳米LaF3填料的质量分数对涂层耐磨性的影响以及纳米和微米LaF3填料对涂层耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:含1%纳米LaF3的涂层的耐磨性最佳,而纳米LaF3填料对涂层减摩性能的影响不大;纳米LaF3填料可以更有效地提高涂层的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:
The influence of nanometer lanthanum fluoride (LaF3) as a filler on the tribological behavior and corrosion resistance of boned solid film was investigated, with the emphases on the effect of rare-earth mass fraction on the anti-wear ability of the coating and the comparison of effects for nano and micrometer fillers on its corrosion resistance. It was found that the coating with l% nano-LaF3 showed the best anti-wear ability, but it recorded a friction coefficient almost the same as that of the coating without nano-LaF3 filler. Moreover, the addition of 1% nano-LaF3 filler led to a significant increase of the corrosion resistance, which indicated that the nanometer filler was more effective than the micrometer filler in improving the corrosion resistance of the coating.
