概述了等离子体表面工程的主要内容、适用范围,着重从传统金属工业、聚合物、生物医用材料、制备纳米材料等5个方面说明了等离子体表面工程在该领域的应用,指出大气压下的等离子体技术和功能高分子材料等离子体表面处理技术是今后发展的重要方向。 |

Abstract: |
This paper reviewed the plasma characteristics and usage, the application of plasma surface engineering in traditional metal industry, polymeric, biomedical materials, nano-materials fabrication etc. were discussed intensively. It indicated that the plasma process in atmosphere and plasma surface techniques for functional polymeric materials are the main directions of development in the future. |
