在有或无摩擦噪声状态下磨痕形貌的观察

摘要:
试验表明在往复滑动条件下有摩擦噪声和无摩擦噪声时磨痕形貌有比较明显的变化,借助声学和动力学测量技术,可以准确地测定磨痕上有摩擦噪声的区域。在准确确定摩擦噪声发生区域的条件下,观察了有摩擦噪声和无摩擦噪声时磨痕的形状。结果表明在有摩擦噪声的区域,磨痕呈现不规则粘着脱落的特征;而在无摩擦噪声的区域,磨痕呈现比较光滑的磨粒磨损犁沟特征。

Abstract:
The present investigation showed that there is a distinct difference between the topography of wear scars with and without squeal under reciprocating sliding. By means of acoustic and dynamic measuring techniques, the area with squeal on the wear scars can be determined exactly. The observations of wear scar topography under squeal and silent conditions were carried out. The result showed that the wear scars in the area with squeal are characterized by adhesive wear-type detachment of the rubbing materials, and the wear scars in the area without squeal are characterized by smooth abrasive wear-type plonghing.
