高速电弧喷涂雾化气流速度的数学模型

摘要:
雾化气流速度是电弧喷涂涂层性能的决定因素之一,是模拟计算熔滴速度,熔滴温度,冷却速度等参数的前提条件,通过比较文献中出现的几个数学模型,结合试验测定结果,在空气力学理论的基础上提出了高速电弧喷涂雾化气流数学模型。

Abstract:
Atomized gas velocity is not only one of main factors influencing the coating properties, but also the primary parameter for numerically simulating the dynamics and heat transfer processes during high velocity arc spraying (HVAS). Based on the theory of gas dynamics, the comparison of several models used in the literature and experimental results, the velocity model of atomized gas was established.
