火焰喷涂经1010/石墨复合涂层摩擦,磨损性能的研究

摘要:
借助Amsler2000磨损试验机等,对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的摩擦磨损进行了研究,结果表明:该复合涂层较纯尼龙龙涂层更加优异的耐磨、减摩性能,在1.2ms^-1,1200N时,与45钢的摩擦因数小于0.05,1h内磨损量低于1.2mg。

Abstract:
The properties of resistance to rub and wear of nylon1010/graphit coating by flame spraying were studied by wear-test machine of amsler. The results showed that the coating had more excellent resistance to rub and wear than pure Nylon1010 coating. The friction coefficient between coating and steel less than 0.05 at the speed of 1 .2ms-1 and the load of 1200N, and the weight loss was less than 1 .2mg in one hour.
