| 通过对１２１５０Ｌ柴油发动机上曲轴箱轴承盖的工况和失效原因的分析，提出了修复该零件的新工艺，拓展了电刷镀技术的应用领域，并解决了简单、准确快速的测量方法，此应用提高了１２１５０Ｌ柴油发动机的大修质量和经济效益。 |

| A new repairing technology was proposed based on the failure analysis of bearing cover of crankshaft box for the 12150L diesel engine. It enlarged the application field of brush plating technique and developed a simple, precise and fast measuring method. So that the quality and economic profit of overhaul for 12150L diesel engine were improved. |
