陶瓷复合钢管—燃烧合成涂层技术的应用

摘要:
燃烧合成技术充分利用了化学反应所释放出来的能量。铝热反应Fe2O3+2Al→Fe+Al2O3产生的热量使生物处于熔融状态,在离心力的作用下,Fe和Al2O3发生分离,从而形成陶瓷复钢管。陶瓷层厚〉2mm,主→Al2O3组成,其网状结构改善了陶瓷层的力学性能。

Abstract:
Combustion synthesis technology uses the energy released by chemical reaction efficiently. The aluminithermic reaction Fe_2O_3+Al-Fe+Al_2O_3 can produce melting products of Fe and Al_2O_3 which can be separated under centrifugal force to form ceramic--steel composite pipe. The main component of the ceramic layer is a--Al_2O_3, whose thickness is more than 2mm. The network structure of the ceramic layer improves its mechanical properties. The composite pipes have a great potential application in the field of resisting serious wear. Now, the pipes have been applied on an industrial scale in mines, power plants, and metallurgical industry.
