化学镀Ni-P合金层表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶的研究

摘要:
在化学镀非晶态Ni-P合金镀层表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶涂层,用来封闭镀层表面沉积过程中产生的针孔等缺陷,经过溶胶-凝胶涂层耐浓硝酸试验、5%NaCl盐水浸渍试验,以及溶胶-凝胶涂层抗高温氧化性试验,得出结论:在化学镀Ni-P合金镀层表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶涂层,可以明显提高化学镀Ni-P合金镀层在硝酸、5%NaCl盐水中的耐蚀性;在 500℃高温下,经过 150h氧化处理,表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶涂层的抗高温氧化性可提高 4倍。

Abstract:
The authors applied the amorphous Ni-P electroless plating layer with Sol-Gel coating to seal the pin-holes defect usually occurred in the depositon process, in order to increase its corrosion-resistance and ability to resist the high temperature oxidation. The experiments showed that the plating layer with additional Sol-Gel coating can improve the corrosion-resistance of the former in nitric acid and 5% NaCl solution, and its high temperature oxidation-resistance can be increased 4 times after 150h oxidation treatment at 500C.
