高速电弧喷涂粒子雾化特性试验研究

本文研究了高速电弧喷涂Al和3Cr13的粒子雾化特性。用Pitot管总压法和扫描电镜,图象分析仪分别测定了喷枪出口雾化气流轴向分布和雾化粒子的粒度分布,用PearsonX^2分布拟合检验法对粒子的粒度分布进行统计分布检验。

Abstract:
The particle atomizing characteristic in High Velocity Arc Spray (HVAS) process was investigated. The atomizing gas flow velocity was measured by Pilot tube method. The particle size distributions under various arc spraying processes were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope and image analyser. Statistical tests for their particle size distribution were carried out by using the Pearson X~2 distribution test method. The results showed that the axial gas flow velocity of HVAS ranges from 550m/s to 700m/s at the primary atomizing zone of 100mm within the spraying distance. The HVAS sprayed aluminum particle size follows Poisson distribution, but the sprayed chromium steel shows different particle size distribution. The atomizing mechanism of HVAS spray process was discussed based on the analysis of gas flow field.
