本文介绍了国际上90年代韧新兴的氙灯辐射聚焦光束表面强化技术。阐述了聚焦光束的光谱特性,聚焦光束加热的能量与工艺特点,及聚焦光束表面强化层的组织与性能。论述了我国聚焦光束表面强化技术的发展方向与应用前景。

Abstract:
In this paper, the xenon lamp radiation light beam surface hardening technology,which was developed abroad in the early 1990's,was summarized. The spectrum characteristics of the xenon lamp radiation, the energy features of the heating with the light beam, the advantages of its processing and the microstructure and properties of its hardened surface were explained.The future development and the application prospect of the light beam surface hardening in our country were discussed.
