GH907高温合金喷丸强化研究

摘要:
本文研究了GH907高温合金喷丸后的残余应力场、形变组织结构及其在温度场中的变化规律以及它们与疲劳性能的关系。结果指出,喷丸强化能够提高合金的高温疲劳强度。

Abstract:
Residual stresses, deformed microstructures after shot peening and its exchanges in the temperature field and the relationship between fatigue and the factors mentioned above have been investigated. lt was shown that the elevated temperature fatigue strength can be improved by shot peening strenthening.
