电弧喷涂不锈钢工艺对涂层孔隙率和氧化物含量的影响

本文利用OMNICON5000图像分析仪测定了电弧喷涂3Cr13和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢涂层的孔隙率和氧化物含量,考察了喷涂工艺参数对其影响。研究结果为正确控制电弧喷涂工艺提供了实验依据。

Abstract:
In this paper, the porosity and oxides content ofArc - sprayed 3Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel Coatings were tested by an OMNICON5000 medel image ana-lyzer, and effect of spraying parameters on them was stud-ied. The research result provides experimental basis forcontrolling are spraying process precisely.
