摘要: |
悬索鞍座高空纵向推移是悬式大桥建设中的关键技术问题,国外采用在悬索鞍座摩擦副中加入数千枚滚针的办法,这种办法对制造工艺提出了很高的要求,而我国的制造工艺目前还达不到要求,本文提出了采用复合减摩技术的方案,设计了复合减摩表面涂层,并对每一层的作用机理进行了简明的分析。经在汕头海湾大桥和西陵长江大桥上应用,证明该复合减摩表面涂层效果良好,使两座大桥的悬索鞍座均顺利推移到位,保证了大桥按时建成通车。 |

Abstract: |
The longitudinal traverse of the suspended - cablesaddle in high altitude is the key technital problem in the con-struction of the huge bridges. In foreign countries, themethod of adding thousands of rolling needles between thefriction couple of the suspended - cable saddle. This methodsets a high demand on manufacturing proces and it is hard tobe achieved in our country. This paper presents the metnd ofapplying the duplex anti - friction technique, desigm the du-plex anti - friction surface coatings and briefly analyses theperforming mechanism of each layer. After applied on Shantoubay bridge and Xilirig Changjiang river bridge, it is provedthat the effect of duplex anti - friction surface coatings aregood . It made the suspended - cable saddles of two bridges move to the position smoothly , which guarantee the complet-ing of bridges on time. |
