钢表面氧氮处理层促进磷酸三甲酚酯润滑作用的机理

摘要:
利用球-盘试验机研究了40Cr钢表面氧氮处理层对添加剂磷酸三甲酸酯作用效果的影响,并利用多种表面分析仪器分析了其机理。结果表明磷酸三甲酚酯与氧氮处理表面配合可取得更好的抗擦伤和抗磨效果,其主要原因是由于40Cr钢经氧氮处理后,其摩擦表面上组成边界润滑膜的化学反应膜和氧化膜均更厚已结构更致密

Abstract:
A ball on disc machine was employed to study the effect of oxy-nitrided steel surface on the Iubricating performance of tricresyl phosphate.Mechanisms of the effect were discussed based on the analysis results obtained with several surface analysis instruments.It was found that better anti-scuffing and antiwear properties could be obtained for the combmation ot tricresyl phosphate and oxy-nitrided steel surface.The main reason for this Phenomenon could be attributed to the formation of more continuous in structure and thicker chemical reaction and iron oxidc films,of which boundary lubricating films were consisted,on the wear suthees ofoxy-nitrided steel.
