摘要:
本文研究冷却条件对静态铝热自蔓延高温合成(SHS)陶瓷涂层力学性能的影响,试验得出,保温缓冷可改善陶瓷层组织分布,减小孔隙,增大残余压应力,明显提高其力学性能。

Abstract:
This paper conductedl with the influence of cooling condition on mechanical properties of static thermit SHS ceramic coating.It is obtainedl from test that, Slow cooling by thermal preservation can improve the microstructural distribution, decrease porosity, enhence the resdual compressive stress of ceramic coating,and, therefore, raise significantly the mechanical properties.
