牛奶均质机柱塞轴表面等离子体喷涂处理研究

摘要:
本文选用以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢为基体,表面进行等离子体喷涂处理,制作了均质机柱塞轴。实践证明等离子体喷涂后的柱塞轴具有耐腐蚀、对食品无毒无污染,高耐磨等性能,使用寿命为进口柱塞轴的5倍以上。已应用于生产,保证了进口的牛奶均质机设备正常运行多年。

Abstract:
This article chooses 1Cr18Ni9Ti as substrate. After plasma spraying on the sarface of it, we make trunk piston axle of homogoneous machine. It has been already proved that the trunk piston axle after plasma spraying has the characteristic of high strength, corrosion resistance, none pollution to food and high attrition resintance, and the service life is 5 times the one which is called at a port. This kind of trunk piston axle has been used in the producticn. Therefore , it makes sure that the milk homogoneous machines which are called at a port have been operated normally for many years.
