钢铁制件化学镀镍磷合金前处理工艺的研究

摘要:
本文研究了钢铁制件化学镀镍磷合金的前处理工艺。实验表明:化学除油的温度和时间对镀层结合力的影响很大,而酸洗除锈液中缓蚀剂的含量对镀层结合力的影响不大。

Abstract:
The effect of cleaning prccess prior to plating on the combining between electroless Ni-P coating and substrote was studied. The temperature of olkaline solution and degreasing time were found influencing the adhesion obviously but the amount of restrainer in derusting solution had little effect on adhesion.
